The Fat Loss Truth Manual will reveal to you all the secrets of permanent fat loss. It is written by a man who has discovered these secrets through a combination of years of trial and error and university education.
Using this information will allow you to master methods of losing
body fat by using the same techniques others have used time and time again to gain successful results.
The primary goals of The Fat Loss Truth Manual are to help you lose fat permanently without drugs, supplements or gimmicks and to educate you in the process of losing fat. In other words, my goal is to turn you into a “fat loss expert”… to teach you how the body responds and help you to understand the process you must undergo and I do this without bias or ulterior motive.
There are dozens of outstanding books on the subjects of nutrition and fat loss, but far too many of them are bogged down with hard to understand technical details and scientific terminology that are either totally irrelevant to the layperson or simply too boring to continue following . Many of these books leave you with more questions than answers. You begin reading confused and when you finish reading, you’re pulling your hair out!
Many of these books include too much fitness jargon that can only be deciphered by fellow scientists. I think these authors are more concerned with trying to impress and to receive the approval of their academic peers than to help their readers achieve their goals.
My goal is not to please other fitness experts. If my peers in the fitness industry don’t like this manual, "I couldn't give a monkeys!" This is not for them. It is for you and all the other people who live in the real world. People who have real jobs, real aspirations, real feelings and real cravings for chocolate!
My primary goal in writing this manual is to help you reach your goals, to get you leaner than you’ve ever been before, and to clear up all your confusion about fat loss, nutrition and exercise that may have held you back in the past.
This information is for you and all people on the journey towards personal development and a leaner body.
