Like thousands of others, you have probably tried numerous diets over the years. But none of them worked did they? How do I know this? Because you just started reading this e-book, which means you still haven't found a way to lose weight, and more importantly, a way to keep it off!
Weight loss is usually number one on most people's New Year's resolutions checklist . That means that we will set our goals with every best intention of losing the love handles so that we can swan around at the beach in that two piece bikini.
You do some research, watch the TV adverts and march down to the pharmacy. The next day you find yourself trying to keep down a tasteless, chalky milkshake for breakfast followed by a dose of super mega fat burning pills that you ordered off the internet.
How long did you last this time? A week? A month? 3 Months? What happened when you finished the diet? Did you stay trim and lean? I'll wager that you did not. In fact I can guarantee that you started to put weight back on, and then you put some more weight on top of that.
The before and after photos are very convincing. They are clever. But they are not honest. An honest before and after will show you what that person looks like 2 years after the "diet". And we all know what that will really look like.
So here we are again, we failed to keep the weight off but that’s ok because we’ll just try again next year won't we?
It's one very big vicious circle and not only is it demoralising, it's also extremely dangerous to your health.
The constant up and down fluctuations of serial dieting is damaging to your metabolism. Eventually, your body loses its ability to function properly. Your metabolism hits an all time low, your muscles begin to lose mass, you don't have any energy to burn off fat through exercise and the fat continues to clog up your vital organs. This is an impossible place to be in. If this carries on, the damage is irreversible and life threatening.
The amount of people going on diets suggests that we are fully aware that we need to lose weight, yet each year we continue to get fatter than the year before.
Diets actually make you gain weight in the long term and that is becoming ever more evident from the obesity epidemic that is plaguing this fast food, minimal exercise generation.
I’m glad you are here, but please, let’s make this the last program you do. Stay away from the pills, powders and potions that go against your body’s natural balance and get back to basics.
It's a fact that if we start eating and moving more like our slimmer, hard working ancestors did, then we will see improvements in our physique.
My purpose is that by the end of this book you will have gained a greater understanding of how your own body works. How and why you gained the weight and what you can do to drop unwanted and dangerous fat for good this time because believe it or not, why we gained the weight in the first place goes far beyond just overeating.
Most programs throw an idea at you addressing only the issue of the weight itself while we are going to get to the core of your weight gain itself. If you don’t properly address and correct this issue from the start you will always be wondering why you can’t lose weight and keep it off for good.
My aim is to arm you with all the knowledge and tools you will need to remove fat once and for all.
