Q. I'm quite unfit. Do I need to have a certain level of fitness before I can join in the boot camp workouts?
A. No you don't. If you pass our pre-exercise questionnaire criteria then you are good to go. Our workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels and abilities.

Q. Where are your locations? What are the times?

We do a combination of resistance training using resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and own body weight and cardio drills (sprints, plyometrics, intervals, hill/stair training). Our workouts are designed purely for weight loss, toning, functional strength and fitness. Q. What if some people are faster or fitter than me? A. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing, you are here to improve yourself. All ability levels are catered for so everybody gets a great effective workout |

A. Seriously Fit boot camp is a long term fitness solution. The workouts are ongoing so you never stop improving! We operate more like an outdoor gym except there is:
No joining fee
No Administration fee
Nobody trying to sell you personal training blocks
No queues for equipment

Q. What is the cost of the boot camp?
A. We are unlike other fitness camps because our members have full access to all times and locations. You are not tied down to a specific location or number of sessions each week (except our ONE session per week option).
You may choose one of these options :
$187 per month for minimum 3 months (Access ALL Times & Locations)
$237 per month "Month-To-Month (No long term commitment)
$137 per month "Month-To-Month" (ONE session per week at ANY location)
$40 per session (PAYG)

Q. What if I wish to discontinue boot camp after joining up?
A. Send an email to admin@seriouslyfit.com.au 7 days before the next debit date. If the 3 month commitment contract is cancelled before 3 months have been paid, a cancellation fee of $50 is due immediately for every month already undertaken..
Q. Will you put my membership on hold when I go on holiday?
A. If you are going to be away for 2 weeks or more then please advise us by email we'll put your membership on hold whilst you are on holiday.
Q. What happens if I miss a workout?
A. Our boot camp program is ongoing and we do not give any refunds for classes that you do not attend. This policy enables us to keep our fees low.
Q. Is this military type of training?
A. NO. Military style bootcamps can cause serious injuries to members. I often see the result of this type of training in exercise physiology clinics. Military boot camps should be reserved for the military. Full stop. - Our trainers don't shout at or intimidate people, we're here to coach and motivate you so you can achieve your goals in a fun and safe environment. Our workouts are designed using scientific research and lots of common sense.
Q. What happens if it is raining?
A. All workouts go ahead rain or shine.
Q. What results will I get?
A. If you come to 3 boot camp workouts each week and put the nutritional advice we give you into practice then it is reasonable to assume that you can lose approximately 0.75-1kg of sub-cutaneous fat each week.
Your strength and stamina will increase, your muscles will get stronger and more toned. You will notice serious improvements in your energy and fitness levels. We will do everything we can to enable you to succeed. We want you to rave about us to your friends and family!
Q. Can I try before joining?
A. Yes you can - we offer a two week trial for $2.
Q. What do I do if after the two week trial I don't wish to stay on board the program?
A. All you have to do is let us know before your 2 week trial finishes and we will cancel your direct debit details, if you choose to continue then you needn't do anything and we will bill you monthly there after.
